Complete the course in your own time. As soon as you have completed the course, you can commence applying it in your business. You will also learn other important client focused skills, such as how to read a bone density scan, setup your training space and monitor your clients. After experiencing the debilitating effects of chronic pain first hand and finding a way back to full recovery through the help of an exercise physiologist I made a life changing decision to pursue a career in this field for myself. Upon achieving this milestone I sought to expand my knowledge and exposure to the many opportunities available to me within my chosen career. Although I am now an accredited Exercise Physiologist, I consider myself a permanent student within this allied health community.
Onero is a groundbreaking bone building program developed by The Bone Clinic. This loading needs to done in a specific way and, to be done safely, you need close supervision from people who have specific training. We are contributing data to their ongoing research on Onero. All of our physiotherapists, exercise scientists and exercise physiologists who participate in this training program have completed further education provided by The Bone Clinic. Bone building relies on many different factors eg diet, weight bearing exercise, vitamin D and medications among others. We can help assess a few of these factors under the one roof.
